You can delete your Mwaliko account directly in the app, or request deletion here.

Delete instantly from the app

Open the Mwaliko app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, confirm your password (if you have one), and your account and all of its data are removed immediately — no waiting required.

If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form using the same email address or phone number linked to your Mwaliko account.

We will review the request and may contact you for verification.
After verification, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
