You can delete your Mwaliko account directly in the app, or request deletion here.

Delete instantly from the app

Open the Mwaliko app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, confirm your password (if you have one), and your account and all of its data are removed immediately — no waiting required.

If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form using the same email address or phone number linked to your Mwaliko account.

  • We will review the request and may contact you for verification.
  • After verification, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
  • Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
